Zara launches denim customisation service

Zara is set to launch a trial of a new personalisation service which lets customers customise their denim purchases will different designs in-store.

The world’s largest fashion retailer will launch trial pop-up booths in three stores in Amsterdam, Barcelona and Milan, in which shoppers can choose words to have embroidered on 13 different denim items.

Its personalisation pop-ups will be launched across the three European locations on March 27, and will be available online for customers in the UK, Spain, Holland and Italy online for delivery or instore pickup.

This roll out follows the launch of similar offerings from brands including Levi’s, Nike and Adidas, which have offered customers the option to create their own designs for years.
