Shopify merchants can now create Snapchat ads directly through its platform
Canadian ecommerce giant Shopify has announced a partnership with Snapchat which will allow retailers to create and manage adverts directly from its platform.
The partnership will integrate Snapchat’s ads app directly into the Shopify platform, meaning merchants can now buy and manage advert campaigns from within Shopify’s interface.
It will also allow merchants access to a streamlined version of Snapchat’s ad buying flow, which supports targeting and allows advertisers to aim for certain demographics or locations.
Merchants’ entire product catalogues will also be able to be synced to Snapchat’s ad manager automatically, allowing a series of adverts to be created seamlessly.
