Hugo Boss partners with One Iota to drive in-store digital technology

Hugo Boss has announced a partnership with multi-channel technology specialist One Iota as it seeks to further integrate interactive digital systems into its stores.

The luxury fashion retailer officially entered into a partnership with the company, after installing its digital products at two of its new store concepts last year.

Its new concept stores included the integration of “community spaces” which help increase in-store dwell times, alongside One Iota’s digital screens installed throughout the store, including screens integrated into the furniture.

They also included the brand’s smart mirror, which has a shoppable mode showcasing the brand’s full product range as well as a digital signage mode to push branded content.

A digital community wall was also installed in the brand’s Hugo stores, which aggregates and displays user content from its social media platforms.

“As a fashion brand, we are always looking at innovative approaches to enhancing our customer experience in-store,” Hugo Boss’ director of global retail operations Joe Ellis said.

“When we first encountered One iota, we immediately saw that their extensive experience could help us expand our digital reach.”
