Size? online customers can now talk to store staff at the touch of a button

Size? has launched a new feature which will allow its online shoppers to talk in real time to store assistants at the click of a button.

The streetwear retailer has partnered with retail technology company Hero, to launch the online-to-store service specifically for customers shopping for Nike products.

Customers can now access instant advice about Nike product styles, stock availability and size guidance via Hero’s software, which will link customers to one of over 50 staff members across 14 locations in the UK and France who have been trained especially.

When shopping online, customers can simply click on a “Size? Experts” button in the right-hand corner of their screen to begin a live chat with a shop assistant.

“Size? Experts allows a chance for the online customer to see the finer details on Nike products, such as materials and colour – store staff will not only be able to message the customer, photo share and livestream products but can also allow the customer to book an appointment to meet their Size? Expert in store for further guidance,” Hero said.
