    Great messages around the value of data and technology for speed & adaption for “channelisation” so brands catch up and store associates do not see their in-line operation as a competitor rather the Customer feels the same experience.
    It is SO important that sales culture are incented rather than silo’d.

    Online channels are simply extension of store experience and vis versa. Social is your brand amplifier, spontaneous & can be more authentic than curated marketing.
