Klarna is set to open a three-storey pop-up store in the heart of Manchester featuring items from some of the UK’s biggest brands.
The “House of Klarna” will host a VIP launch party on October 3 before opening its doors to Manchester until October 13.
Brands which currently support Klarna’s buy now, pay later service including Asos, Topshop, Topman, Missguided, Schuh and Oliver Bonas will be featured in the pop-up store, situated on 35 Kings Street.
Events will also be hosted at the House of Klarna across the 10-day period, including a styling masterclass from industry experts, free beauty treatments and exclusive ticketed events with showcasing brands.
This seeks to capitalise on the success of Klarna’s Covent Garden pop-up in June, and comes after the payments giant revealed that it now sees 50,000 new customers every week.
“At Asos we want to give our customers the best choice in everything we do; whether that is in the broad range of Asos Design and branded products, smooth and fast delivery options or payment options,” Asos brand experience director Eve Williams said.
“We know these are all important to our customers and we look forward to bringing them to life with Klarna’s fun event in Manchester”.
