Razer opened its largest store in the world to date in the heart of London’s West End on Saturday drawing hundreds of fans from across the UK.
The gaming technology retailer launched its first physical European store in London’s Chinatown, spanning two floors and measuring 3700sq ft.
Razer, founded in 2005, now has six stores selling its range of gaming laptops, mouses, keyboards, headsets and even smartphones across the globe.
Its award-winning products have become renowned in the increasingly lucrative gaming market, and over 70 million gamers use its software platform.
“Chinatown London is a reflection of East Asian trends, which includes the ever-growing influence of social gaming and technology upon lifestyle,” Shaftesbury’s portfolio executive Andrew Price said.
“As such, Razer is a great addition to Chinatown London’s offering, and we are delighted at the success of their launch last weekend. Razer joins the likes of Wanyoo, Monga, and Meet Fresh, as leading international brands who all chose Chinatown London for their European debuts.”
