First announced in September, customers can now ask Alexa to “introduce me to Samuel L. Jackson” and proceed to ask the prolific actor a range of questions.
Though Jackson’s voice will not cover all of Alexa’s capabilities, users can ask it to tell jokes, sing jingle bells and wish you a Merry Christmas, and even tell children to go to bed in the voice of Marvel’s Nick Fury.
You can also ask about a range of the actors’ most iconic films and his extensive career, alongside requesting a wakeup call, weather report or about todays headlines.
In September, when the new voice capabilities were first announced, Amazon said Jackson would be the first actor to lend his voice to Alexa, suggesting there will be more to come.
