BoohooMan launches first video game to mark release of new Quavo collaboration

BoohooMan has launched its first ever video game to mark the launch of its second collection with rapper Quavo.

‘Quavo – Go All the Way’ is a smartphone game, now available for free on iOS and Android, based on classic platformers where the player must navigate the rooftops of Los Angeles collecting coins and pieces from BoohooMan x Quavo Season 2 collection.

By scoring points, customers can unlock promotions and prizes, and any players scoring over 2000 points will be entered into a draw prize for the chance to win over $1000.

Any players scoring over 3000 points will win in app prizes and the chance to win a t-shirt signed by Quavo.

“We’ve been working on gaming for a while and now seemed the perfect time to release whilst people are at home in need of entertainment,” BoohooMan’s ecommerce manager Victoria Pearson said.

“It was also important to release the right quality of game that our users get value from and enjoy. Teaming up with Quavo was the perfect fit.”

Its chief executive Samir Kamani added: “We actually had to push back the release date of our new custom built ‘Quavo – Go all the way’ game due to the demand for the collection, we have a second collection drop being released 22nd May which will coincide with the game launch.

“For us it’s about being innovative and giving narrative to our consumer demands – the game does just that!”
