Klarna adds Dune to its partnership roster

Dune has partnered with Klarna as the Swedish payment giant adds another fashion retailer to its growing list of partners.

Klarna’s “buy now, pay later” options will now be available for Dune’s online customers in the UK, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and The Netherlands.

This marks the latest in a string of partnerships for Klarna, which now works with over 5000 merchants in the UK including Asos, JD Sports, and River Island.

“With over 85 million customers globally, we know that the addition of Dune London to the Klarna shop directory will be welcomed by millions of shoppers in Europe,” Klarna’s vice president Luke Griffiths said.

In March Klarna announced that it had now serviced more than 7 million customers in the UK, seeing global sales volumes jump 32 per cent over the past 12 months.

During its last year of trading, Klarna said an order was made in the UK every 1.3 seconds while over 1.6 million customers in the country had downloaded the app to date.
