Adidas has launched its “Confirmed” app in the UK and across Europe for the first time offering shoppers access to exclusive drops and never-before-seen content.
The Confirmed app will now be available to download in the UK, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands, following the successful roll out of the platform in the US and China in August and October last year respectively.
App users are offered exclusive access to a number of product drops including Sean Wotherspoon, Pharrell Williams and Y-3.
The platform also features a range of written content including listicles, interviews and deep dives into its extensive archives.
Alongside this, Confirmed users can view never-before-seen video of Adidas’ “untold stories”, as well as a range of interviews with its celebrity proponents including Paul Pogba and UK rapper Unknown T.
“We’re proud to say that Confirmed has been thoroughly well received in both the US and China, with app downloads exceeding expectations,” Adidas’ senior director of digital strategy Tareq Nazlawy said.
“For us, however, what has been particularly encouraging is the enthusiastic community response to both the in-app product drops and the exclusive editorial content on offer.
“We’ve seen really high levels of engagement with many fans of the brand enjoying the opportunity to discover the untold stories behind some of our most high-profile collaborations, technologies, and campaigns. Launching the app in Europe is an exciting moment for the brand and we’re looking forward to welcoming new users to the Confirmed experience.”
