Jo Malone has expanded its virtual reality showroom for customers to browse limited edition collections and fragrances.
The experience allows shoppers to be taken into a virtual townhouse where they are be able to interact with products by triggering hotspot interactions, the site will then take them to the product page.
The 360° virtual shopping experience initially launched in November 2020 and is based on Jo Malone’s London Townhouse that won a number of Muse Creative Awards after its launch.
Townhouse’s expansion includes three new spring-inspired worlds “where elegance, playfulness and digital innovations come to life.”

All products are found in their natural habitats in the townhouse, “walk” into the garden room and customers will find Jo Malone’s Lime Basil Mandarin Body & Hand Wash sitting on the side of the bathtub.
The website’s “Drawing Room” features a range of colognes and perfumes sitting above a table stacked with champagne flutes in a pyramid arrangement.
The gallery features 11 artists, who have been asked to contribute bits of art in their own mediums of food, fashion and beauty for the collection.
Jo Malone’s multi-sensorial experience aims to “elevate the traditional customer product discovery through the use of technologies”.
The virtual townhouse offers customers a seamless interactive and immersive shopping experience that can be accessed anytime, across devices, anywhere in the world.
