Sephora has unveiled its new partnership with Relex Solution artificial intelligence (AI).
The global beauty giant will employ the Relex solution to improve its demand forecasting and automated replenishment.
The AI software will also enable Sephora to improve its management of promotions, slow-moving products, new product introductions and product ramp-downs.
The move comes as the company recently introduced a same-day delivery option and reintroduced an online advisory tool.
