Whole Foods Market launches online hub to help with new year resolutions

Whole Foods Market has launched a new online hub to help its customers achieve their new year’s resolutions.

The grocer said that its ‘Resolution Renovator’ will help its customers achieve attainable goals for 2022 instead of unrealistic ones that are difficult to accomplish.

The hub is intended to be a go-to destination for holistic wellbeing and Whole Foods has formed a partnership with plant-based chef Radhi Devulkia-Shetty, Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby and motivational speaker Gabby Bernstein for the project.

Until 26 January, prospective customers can visit the Whole Foods Market Resolution Renovator to complete a questionnaire which determines whether they wish to focus on their mind, body, or spirit this year.

Once the user has completed their questionnaire, they will receive tailored affirmations and intentions from the wellness motivators.

They will also be entered into the 2022 Wellbeing Bundle composed of the motivators’ top picks from Whole Foods Market, with 25 users winning each day.

Three grand prize winners will also receive an exclusive and personalised video message from one of the wellness motivators.

“At the top of the year, when many of us are setting new goals, the most important thing to remember is to root them in joy and love for yourself,” Rigsby said.

“Our goal with Whole Foods Market’s Resolution Renovator is to move away from potentially stressful New Year’s resolutions in favour of motivational intentions that allow ourselves some much-needed grace.”
