Boohoo and Superdry returns made easier as DHL partners with ZigZag

Boohoo, Superdry and Selfridges returns have been made easier as DHL Parcel UK has partnered with returns platform ZigZag, allowing the retailers access to DHL’s fast and convenient Just Right Returns service.

Over 100 retailers will now be able to offer customers the option of returning their parcels at any one of DHL’s 3,500 ServicePoints nationwide for next-day collection. Returns are delivered back to retailers the following day.

The fast turnaround will allow retailers get goods back on the shelves or in the warehouse quickly, so they can be added to the live stock list as soon as possible.

Returns are trackable to consumers through the DHL Parcel app, while the new partnership will also allow retailers to track returns via ZigZag, providing visibility throughout the process.
