Liberty London appoints Future Workforce for online product launches

Liberty London has tapped Future Workforce to support the roll-out of robotic process automation.

The two brands will partner on critical business tasks which will allow the ecommerce teams to more quickly launch products on the website.

Automated robots have also been deployed to gather images from brands, search for product codes in a database and rename the image ready for publishing on the Liberty site.

The new solution took three weeks to be integrated and is currently processing thousands of images within the beauty category.

Liberty has said it will soon be extended to include other categories including fashion and home.

“The UiPath platform has become an important tool to add to our armoury,” Liberty London chief information officer Martin Draper said.

“It allows us new options to rapidly configure automation solutions in order solve business problems. Implementing software robots with our Trade team has been a great way to improve the speed and efficiency of some legacy, manual processes.”
