Frasers Group acquires fast fashion company I Saw It First

Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group has inked a deal to acquire fast fashion retailer I Saw It First.

The news comes just a month after the group bought Missguided out of administration for £20million.

I Saw It First was founded in 2017 by Jalal Kamani, the brother of Boohoo Group founder Mahmud Kamani.

The fast fashion etailer now has more than five million customers.

“ISawItFirst will benefit from the strength and scale of Frasers Group’s platform and from the integration with Frasers’ recently acquired business, Missguided,” Frasers Group said.

The group did not disclose the price it paid or any further details about how the integration will work.

Frasers Group includes Sports Direct, Flannels, USC and House of Fraser.
