Ann Summers partners with learning and skills platform Thrive

Ann Summers has partnered with learning and skills platform Thrive, helping the lingerie brand achieve its new learning vision for hundreds of employees.

The partnership means over 1,000 Ann Summers retail employees will be able to access learning opportunities, receive critical communications and collaborate with peers across its 85+ UK locations.

Thrive’s technology will also improve the Ann Summers onboarding experience, by providing a personalised training experience for new hires.

In addition, employees will be able to access compliance content and training for key focus areas such equality and diversity.  

The partnership comes as Thrive is experiencing significant expansion, with the company’s ARR increasing by 380% from £1m to £4.8m in two years.

Thrive has also achieved a 90% increase in customers in the last year, helping clients including Coca Cola EP, Nando’s, The Financial Times, Sky and Morrisons.
