“Excited to have you onboard Russell Johnson. Big things ahead,” M&S chief digital and technology officer Jeremy Pee said via LinkedIn.

Pee was promoted to chief digital and technology officer earlier this month, after serving as the retailer’s chief digital and data officer for four years.

In this role, Pee was tasked with leading the digital transformation push at M&S and unlocking data to build deep relationships with customers to make experiences special.

In addition, he presided over the building of teams responsible for customer growth, customer experience, loyalty, personalisation, products management, data science, enterprise data, and innovation and partnerships.
