Superdrug and Savers partner with wellbeing apps for staff

High street retailers Superdrug and Savers have partnered with financial wellbeing app Wagestream to help staff track their shifts and earnings in real time as part of a package of new benefits.

The app is also designed to help with budgeting and to encourage staff to save for the future, while its flexible pay feature provides them with the opportunity to choose when to get paid.

In addition, a new Digicare app, hosted by Aviva, will launch before the summer, providing team members with access to free digital GP, mental health and nutritional consultations, alongside second medical opinions and an annual health check.

The Digicare app will also provide guidance and support to help detect, manage and prevent physical and mental health problems.
