Maje is following in the footsteps of Sandro – the SMCP group’s flagship label – as the group’s second brand to introduce a resale service.

Maje, currently distributed in 40 countries and rapidly expanding, indicated that it wants to shift towards a more circular approach, but also to attract a younger, more eco-friendly clientèle with its resale service.

“Seconde Main has been created to enable people to experience fashion differently,” Maje founder and creative director Judith Milgrom said.

“We encourage our community to be creative in its vision of style by mixing pieces that have different histories, in the spirit of doing something positive for the environment.”

To accompany the launch, Maje has produced and filmed a series of interviews with young fans of sustainable fashion, highlighting their advice on social media on how to become more responsible consumers.
