Lidl has launched a new rewards app offering customers guaranteed savings each week and the chance to win more instant rewards.
Lidl Ireland have launched the new app on Android and iOS, and is set to roll the service out to Northern Ireland “soon”.
The new app offers shoppers at least €10 a week in coupons which can be redeemed at the till by scanning their Lidl Plus cards.

They’ll also receive a digital “scratchcard” offering the chance to win prizes every time they shop.
“Through the Lidl Plus app, we offer our customers a range of additional services such as a store locator and digital receipts, which we hope will add to an overall positive shopping experience with Lidl,” Lidl Ireland’s managing director J.P. Scally said.
“We had planned to keep Lidl Plus under wraps a little longer, but our curious customers uncovered the app, quickly shooting it to the #1 slot on the App Store almost immediately.”
While no details of expansion to the rest of the UK have yet been released, Lidl Plus will reportedly be available to use in all enabled countries after the app has been downloaded, allowing users to shop abroad.

It says it is in NORTHERN IRELAND which is part of the UK so it will be in POUNDS (£)! Southern Ireland which is called the Republic of Ireland, belongs to the EU and uses euros.
It says it’s hoping to roll it out to Northern Ireland soon. Read it again. It’s only available in the Republic of Ireland for now. So Euros it is 😜
We need the 10€discount in Corfu Greece
Would be good if I was able to progress beyond “find your local store” when downloading the Lidl plus app. Help please!

I can not afford to have a smart phone so I can’t benefit from offers. Is this fair.? I shop weekly at Lidl, but at 80+ I do not have a smart phone.
